Lauren holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from Cal Poly Pomona, which provides a strong foundation in understanding human behavior and improving client interactions. She has worked with numerous real estate professionals, helping them streamline their operations, optimize workflows, and enhance client engagement.
